Publication RuleML 2015 (31.93.2015)

The paper titled "Towards Formal Semantics for ODRL Policies" has been accepted for publication as a regular paper at the 9th International Web Rule Symposium (RuleML 2015), which will be held in Berlin in August 2-5. The paper proposes an interpretation of the formal semantics of general ODRL policy expressions and motivates rule-based reasoning over such policy expressions taking both explicit and implicit dependencies among actions into account. The authors of this paper are Simon Steyskal and Axel Polleres from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria).
